| Biography: |
I first began drawing in a recognisable "manga" style when I was about 12; the age at which I discovered my local comic-book store. Through negative comments from friends and family I became very secretive and shy about my artwork and I went through many years without improving. It was only when I was about sixteen that I began displaying my artwork to people via the internet. I can't stress how much of a turnaround this was for me~! I was finally getting the praise and critiques I needed to develop my artwork and gradually my confidence and skill grew.
Then, in 2006 I re-joined the Sweatdrop forums (I originally joined in 2004 but stupidly didn't stick around ^^;) and saw the work that was being produced by it's members and realising how much of a friendly and helpful community it was I immediately wanted to be a part of it. :)
After some time working on my own comic projects and fluttering around the forums I decided to bite the bullet and send an application to join and… yeah… guess what happened~ \^o^/ I'm not gonna disappoint!
